EHP Waste heat recovery AHU
EHP stands for Electric Heat Pump, which is an electrically driven heat pump system.
The EHP waste heat recovery air conditioner is an air-conditioning system that can be used for heating in winter when there is a lot of waste heat being discarded at existing production sites.
Because the air conditioner uses the carrier’s Clawind brand EHP outdoor machine Price DOWN, Power Consumption DOWN, Power Supply DOWN, and Performance is convenient to UP and maintain.
Characteristics of EHP waste heat recovery air conditioner
- Eliminate sound pressure problems by introducing a positive air-conditioning system
- Heating and cooling air conditioning design of working passageway space through local supply air supply in central passageway
- Heating load reduction using exhaust heat (approximately 60°C) generated by printing, drying, and T-Die processes
- Emission of TVOCs from the ceiling to reduce energy costs
- Reduce drinking and create a proper temperature inside the site to promote the desire to work.
- Simultaneous resolution of cooling and heating problems and minimising the amount required for additional hydration (using the Carrier Clawind EHP outdoor machine)
Main purpose
- Gravia Printing Site
- Dryamining Site
- T-DIE site
- Film Coating Site
Air-conditioner installation site schematic
- Improving heating efficiency in winter by applying waste heat exchanger to dust collectors (using exhaust heat)
- Eliminate sound pressure reduction in winter (external air + in-site air utilization)
